The first ever War within the solar community and industry moved to US where certain local manufacturers lead by SolarWorld USA officially announced intention to file anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions with the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce against foreign solar manufacturers.
